To ensure fulfillment of our annual targets and booster high-quality development of the company, on May 26, 2019, Zhonghe Shunda jointly with its affiliated company Haineng Human Resources held 2019 Mid-Year Conference to summarize half year operations, assign the second half year tasks adapting to present situations, and call on all staff to cosolidate their confidence and overcome any possible difficulties ahead.

The meeting was hosted by Business Manager Jinkai Sun, and consisted the following procedure:
1. CEO Yujiang Li summarzed the first healf year's work, and analyzed logistics and labor situation and new policies;
2. Manager Jinkai Sun generally illustrated Zhonghe Shunda's first half year operation;
3. Regional managers reported their work according to each area's special circumstances;
4. Open communication.

CEO Yujiang Li concluded that, each market region and department shall efficiently and timely communicate with more adequate recognition, more active action and more fruitful solutions.He called on the whole staff to address uniformly to current situations and focus on better implementation of the second half year's plan with practical results. Each staff member shall take "Focus on Key Issues, Break Through Bottlenecks, Make up Shortages and Strenghen Responsibilities" as their working requirement, and thus ensure smooth completion of our annual goals and targets.
