Each refrigerated truck is equipped with both front and back dual refrigerating systems enabling flexible temperature adjustment and different temperature zone control for refrigerating and freezing. We adopted famous US ThermoKing refrigeration units of optimum and steady cooling effect to ensure cold transportation quality. The trucks 6.8m-long, 7.6m-long and 8.6m long are equipped with model KV500/10, T800M and CIMC’s SC70D front refrigeration unit. The rear unit is CIMC’s SC200-Q skirt refrigerator. 

Truck Refrigerated Compartment: the exterior walls are imported white pre-coated aluminum panels, while the interior walls are US imported food grade FRP. The flooring is flat all-welded structure of high strength. The compartment can accommodate operation of a 7.5-ton forklift. The insulation is 100mm-thick high quality energy-saving foam layer of efficient insulation which keeps a desired internal low temperature.

Zoned Temperature Control: with the front and rear dual refrigerating units, the compartment can flexibly realize zoned temperature control in a range from room temperature to - 20℃. In generally consists of three zones: the front frozen zone of -18℃~-20℃, the middle zone of room temperature and the back zone constantly at 1℃. There’re separating insulation panels between zones to ensure accurate zone temperatures. The compartment have one back door and two side doors to different zones, which maintain independent zone operation and avoids interference. We can adapt these zones to clients’ temperature requirement, both switching between refrigeration, freezing and room temperature zones, and changing the refrigeration & freezing temperatures.
